The Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities has the capability to talk with all citizens, regardless of what language you speak. The Council has access to telephone interpreters in over 150 languages.
To speak with Council staff in the language you're most comfortable with, just call either the Chicago office at 312-814-2080 or Springfield office at 217-782-9696 and let the staff know what language you're most comfortable speaking. Council staff will then connect with a translator in a matter of minutes who will translate your conversation. Please share this information with friends and family for whom English is not their primary language. We look forward to hearing from you.
