ICDD committees reflect our charge to create system change via advocacy in policy and innovative grant-making. Public Participation in committee meetings is welcome! If interested in attending a meeting, please complete the ICDD: Committee Meeting Registration Form for Public Participation. A member of ICDD staff will provide you with information to join. Committee meeting agendas are posted 72 hours before each meeting. See below for committee overviews and meeting agendas.
- Community Inclusion & Housing: Develops and implements strategies to meet the Community Inclusion and Housing goals identified in the State Plan for the life areas of housing, community supports, transportation, and recreation.

- Education & Employment: Develop and implement strategies to meet the E&E goals identified in the State Plan for the life areas of education, early intervention, employment and childcare.

- Health & Individual & Family Advocacy: Develop and implement strategies to meet the HIFA goals identified in the State Plan for the life areas of health and wellness, individual and family advocacy, and quality assurance.

- Policy Committee: Guides the Council by actualizing the Council's vision to establish and implement public policy which will further the independence, productivity, and integration of people with developmental disabilities by effecting positive system change. Activities of the committee include federal and state policy education and analysis, legislation and policy position determination and direct action including providing bill testimony, and writing, phoning, and/or meeting with state and federal legislators.
